Jacques Malka Y Negri
PARTNER
Graduated from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), he believes in the ideal of ethical, serious, and high-quality advocacy.
In 1995, after working in banks, companies, and law firms, he founded Jacques Malka Y Negri Law Office. Seven years later, he merged two firms with the same ethical principles, creating Assad, Ballariny, Brito & Malka Y Negri Advogados Associados.
In 2011, he repositioned to focus on his own company, becoming the partner responsible for legal strategies and direct supervision of cases.
A profound connoisseur of the Consumer Code, he has taught courses and published several articles on the subject since the new statute came into effect in 1990. He specializes in business, asset, family, and real estate law.
He led the legal advisory department of the State Department of Culture of Rio de Janeiro in two terms (1999/2001 and 2002), enhancing his expertise in Administrative Law.
Is a member of the IBDFAM (Brazilian Institute of Family Law) and served on the Ethics and Discipline Tribunal of the OAB/RJ from 2007 to 2009. Consciously aware of the need to actively participate and contribute to society, he practices pro bono advocacy for assistance and educational entities.
Luciana de Abreu Miranda

Master in Contemporary Civil Law and Legal Practice from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), graduate from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), and postgraduate in Real Estate Law, also from PUC-Rio.
In 2012, she studied at the Cambridge Academy of English, participating in the "English for Law" course. During this time, she deepened her analysis of legal texts and documents, particularly in Contractual and Business Law.
In 2023, she was awarded by the Superior Court of Justice in Brasília in the National Article Contest: 20 years of the Civil Code, with her article titled "The (non) enforceability of conduct duties agreed upon in surrogacy."

Giovanna Caboudy Mizrahi

Graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio). Postgraduate student in Civil Procedure at the same university. With diverse experiences in the legal field, she published her thesis on "Judicial Activism: Dejudicialization and Arbitration," obtaining the highest mark.
Participated in the V International Arbitration Congress (CBMA).
Worked as a tutor in the subject of Theory of the State, teaching theoretical classes, lesson planning and bibliographical guidance, under the supervision of Professor José Ribas Vieira.
In 2016, she studied in London at LSI (Language Studies International) to improve her English.
Ian Libman

Law student at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), with an academic exchange at the Institute of Social and Political Sciences of the University of Lisbon (ISCSP) in partnership with the Rio de Janeiro university.
In 2018, he obtained a certificate of proficiency in English from the Classic UCLA Junior Program – Entrepreneurship Course in Los Angeles, California.
Isabelle de Almeida
INTERN
Law student at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, with an emphasis on criminal law. Academically, she was a labor law monitor at PUC-Rio and a CNPq research fellow, focusing on feminist and anti-racist legal methodologies.
Additionally, she held a leadership role as General Director of the Public Policy League at PUC-Rio, coordinating research teams and projects in public policies, previously coordinating the articles sector of the same league.
