Jacques Malka Y Negri

Graduated from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro in 1986, Jacques Malka Y Negri believes in providing ethical, serious and qualified law service.

In 1995, after having worked for banks, corporations and law firms, he founded the Law Office Jacques Malka Y Negri. Seven years later, Jacques Malka Y Negri merged two law firms, united under the same ethical principles, giving rise to Assad, Ballariny, Brito & Malka Y Negri Law Firm.
In 2011, Jacques Malka Y Negri repositioned his practice, becoming the partner in charge of legal strategies and the direct supervision of cases. With in-depth knowledge of the Consumer Code, and having taught courses and published several articles on the subject since this new code took effect in 1990, Jacques focuses primarily on the corporate field.

He was in charge of providing legal advice to the Secretariat of Culture of the State of Rio de Janeiro for two periods (1999 and 2001−2002), and increased his expertise in Administrative Law.

He is a member of the IBDFAM (Brazilian Institute of Family Law) and served as a member of the Court of Ethics and Discipline of the OAB / RJ from 2007 to 2009.

As a way to participate and contribute actively to the community, Jacques Malka Y Negri practices pro bono for charities and educational entities.

Cristiano de Loureiro Faria Mori

Graduated from Candido Mendes University with a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law and Business, Cristiano de Loureiro’s career is closely linked to Malka Y Negri Advogados, hired as attorney in 2004 and four years later promoted to associate lawyer.

Currently, he is attending the Labor Law post-graduate program at the Candido Mendes University.

He specializes in litigation with a strong focus on Labor Law, Consumer Law and Civil Liability claims.

Vitor Sepulveda Gomide

Conducting judicial and administrative proceedings is a key strength for this attorney, who graduated from PUC-Rio with a Postgraduate degree in Tax Law by the Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies. He specializes in presenting legal arguments and legal strategies, in addition to his experience in oral argument at the Courts.

Luciana de Abreu Miranda

Luciana graduated from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. She focuses on Consumer Protection, Family Law and Succession Law. In 2012, she attended the course “English for Law” at the Cambridge Academy of English and concentrated on the analysis of legal documents and texts, particularly on Business Law.

Maria Luiza Gama Lima

With a Master’s degree in Business Law from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and a member of the National Academy of Labor Law, Maria Luiza da Gama Lima is a leading expert on labor law. She retired as Labor Court Judge in 2003 and works as consultant in issues related to Labor Law for Malka Y Negri Advogados and other large companies.
